About Us

Grace Chapel Oroville is a campus of Grace Chapel Indio, California.  The Oroville campus began on Easter Sunday, 2021 as a small gathering at the home of Pastor Ron & Gwen Finch. As the church grew we rented the facilities of the historic Monday Club (now Rotary Club), but we soon outgrew that location and have now moved into our newly renovated facilities at 1940 Feather River Blvd (the Tractor Supply Center).
•  Our purpose:  Proclaim God’s Word, glorify God in worship,      
    and  equip the saints for their work of ministry.
•  Our message:  The infallible Word of God and the Gospel
    which is God’s power for salvation to those who believe it!
•  Our desire:  That by God’s grace we may present every
    believer complete in Christ!
•  Our hope:  We await the return of Christ for His bride, the
    church, and the establishment of His promised kingdom on
    earth in which His bride will rule and reign with Him in
    righteousness and truth.

Where we meet and the time:

We meet at 1940 Feather River Blvd, Suite B (Old Tractor Supply Center)
  • Our service time is 9:30 AM each Sunday with a fellowship time following the service. 
  • Our Children's ministry meets after the worship time in a separate rooms where they are taught God's Word.

Weekly Bible Studies

Sunday Sermon Series
 Pastor Ron preaches/teaches God's Word verse-by-verse (expositional), book-by-book. Some have even said, "Comma-by-comma", Period-by-period!"  He is committed to proclaiming accurately God's Word. That is why he spend time studying from the original languages, researching the historical setting, and making sure he interprets Scripture literally, historically, and grammatically.   He is presently teaching each Sunday morning from the book of 2 Corinthians. Please come, bring your Bible and get ready to delve into God's wonderful Word!  
Mid-Week Bible Study & Prayer:
Our Thursday evenings we gather for dinner, fellowship and the Word & PRAYER.  At the present time we are doing a short study in Psalm 119. After this study we devote the remainder of time to PRAYER!  EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to come.   If you would like more information, please  call us @ 530 693-3202.  
Men & Women's Bible Studies:
   •  Our Men’s Study is temporarily not meeting, but we do have a Ladies Bible Study that meet each Tuesday morning
       at 9:30 am at our church facility.  All ladies are encouraged to come.  They are presently doing a study entitled Our Magnificent God, 
       but will start a new study in the book of RUTH soon.
